Did Priscilla Presley pull the plug on her own daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, to get her hands on Elvis’ estate? That’s what a shocking $50 million lawsuit is alleging.
Priscilla, 80, has been slapped with the legal papers by her former business partners Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, who allege she “masterminded” a scheme to exploit Lisa Marie’s 2023 death and defrauded them out of compensation, per New York Post.

Elvis’ ex-wife vehemently denies the allegations.
The suit claims Priscilla “ultimately wanted to control” Lisa Marie’s trust, alleging, “Crucially, Priscilla was aware that Lisa was getting ready to remove her as the sole trustee of Lisa’s irrevocable life insurance trust, and was otherwise threatening to sue her.”
The suit alleges Priscilla “pulled the plug within hours of Lisa being admitted and before [Priscilla’s] granddaughter Riley Keough was able to get to the hospital.”

Lisa Marie died on Jan. 12, 2023, at age 54 following a heart attack apparently triggered by a small bowel obstruction after a previous bariatric surgery.
As heads of Priscilla Presley Partners, Kruse and Fialko claim in their suit: “Priscilla knew that Lisa’s death neutralized the threat of Lisa’s efforts to have Priscilla removed as the sole trustee of Lisa’s irrevocable life insurance trust, and Priscilla ultimately wanted to control the Promenade Trust and Graceland.”

The business partners claim they were never paid for work they performed while negotiating settlements relating to Elvis’ estate.
“This,” says Priscilla’s lawyer Marty Singer via Fox News, “is, without a doubt, one of the most shameful, ridiculous, salacious and meritless lawsuits I have seen in my practice.” Singer adds, Riley “stands behind her grandmother 100 percent and is equally disgusted with this latest, vicious attempt … to ruin her grandmother’s life.”
