Move over, Diana Nyad. On Oct. 11, 80-year-old New Jersey grandma Natalie Grabow became the oldest woman to finish the Ironman World Championship.

She faced grueling obstacles as she ran 26.2 miles, biked 112 miles and swam 2.4 miles in the ocean in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii: a hamstring injury, rough waves and brutal humidity, per New York Post.

While 60 other athletes quit mid-triathlon, Grabow finished in 16 hours, 45 minutes and 26 seconds.

“It feels wonderful,” she says. “It’s really great to feel like you’ve done your best and given it everything you have.”
