Savannah Guthrie Reveals Which Celebrity Has Made Her the Most Starstruck: ‘I Get Very Giddy, Like a School Girl’

Savannah Guthrie gets stars in her eyes when she meets celebrities just like the rest of us.

The broadcast journalist, 53, opened up about the A-lister who left her starstruck on the October 20 episode  of the Today show during a segment with Andy Cohen.

She joked that legendary actor Harrison Ford made her blush when asked if any celebrity has made her feel besotted while chatting with them during her interviews on the morning chat series.

“Yes, a lot. A lot of times I get very giddy, like a school girl,” she revealed, adding that Ford, 83, made her feel like she was on cloud nine.

“I mean, I literally, I feel like the whole interview was me trying to flirt with him ‘cause I love him so much. I feel he was receptive,” she recalled.

“He was very nice. I look so happy in that picture because he was Han Solo, such a babe. I just love him so much,” Guthrie told Cohen, 57, as a snap of the Indiana Jones star came up on the monitor.

The TV reporter also labeled Kevin Costner and Duran Duran’s Simon Le Bon as the top stars that she loved chatting with.

“I do like to get my flirt on,” Guthrie laughed.

Ford has stopped by the famed NBC morning show various times throughout his career, most recently talking with Guthrie in 2023 about the Yellowstone prequel series, 1923.
