Queen Camilla ‘Doesn’t Like’ Princess Kate’s Mom Carole Middleton, But King Charles ‘Adores Her’ (Exclusive)

Carole Middleton is said to be playing a more active role within royal circles in recent months. A source tells Examiner that Princess Kate’s mother is forming close relationships with senior members of the family, including Princess Anne.

The source claims that her growing presence hasn’t gone unnoticed by Queen Camilla, who is allegedly wary of her increasing influence.

“You can instantly see Camilla’s hackles go up anytime Carole walks in the room,” the source says. “Everyone else in the family adores her, including Charles, which a lot of people see as the main reason Camilla doesn’t like her.”

While the source notes that Camilla, 78, remains outwardly polite, they allege she has privately questioned Carole’s intentions.

“Camilla is polite to her face, but it’s not a secret she thinks she’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing,” the source claims. “She’s convinced she’s secretly trying to undermine her, which is the same suspicion she harbors towards Kate.”

The source also adds that Carole’s reportedly close relationship to Prince William has only strengthened her position within the family.

“There aren’t that many people they can fully rely on right now, so from their point of view, it makes complete sense to turn to someone they trust like Carole,” the source explains. “The reality is Carole has stepped in at a time when they need support and she’s proven herself to be a steady, compassionate presence.”

According to the source, Carole, 71, has also developed a bond with Princess Anne and is increasingly viewed as part of the royal inner circle.

“She’s very much a part of the inner circle now, whether Camilla likes it or not,” the source continues. “And down the line, when William is calling all the shots, her place will be even more secure. And Camilla will be toast. It’s no wonder she’s like a dog protecting her turf.”
