Prince Harry Spills Details From Private Meeting With King Charles After Being Warned Not To

Prince Harry is once again raising eyebrows after he was reportedly overheard sharing a private update about King Charles’ health, despite previously being warned to stop speaking publicly about family matters.

According to a report from Page Six published on Friday, July 17, a source claimed Harry, 41, was overheard at the Time 100 Sports Gala the night before telling guests that King Charles III, 77, was “doing great.”

Charles announced in February 2024 that he had been diagnosed with cancer. However, details about the type of cancer have stayed private and palace officials have offered no details on his diagnosis.

Now, it appears as though Harry didn’t learn his lesson.

Earlier this month, Harry, along with wife Meghan Markle and their children, Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5, reunited with Charles for the first time since 2022.

A source previously told Examiner that their reunion came with strict conditions from the king.

“They need to keep their mouths shut about anything that goes on behind palace walls,” the source said on Tuesday, July 14. “If they put a foot wrong again, that’s it.”

The source also said that the Duke of Sussex had “been told he needs to take a back seat and trust his father to handle things his way, in his timing, even if it’s slower than he and Meghan would like.”

“As much as this was a chance for Charles to spend time with his grandchildren, it wasn’t the only thing on the agenda,” the source continued. “He also made a point to make sure Harry and Meghan understand exactly where they stand and that from now on, things happen on his terms or not at all.”

According to the source, if Harry managed to fall in line, there’s still a real opportunity for him and Meghan, 44, to make their way back into the fold.

“If he can follow the rules, there is a path back,” the source concluded. “But if there are any more leaks or public tantrums or any signs of disrespect towards the monarchy, Charles has made it clear that will be the end of things for good. This is well and truly the last chance.”
