Sharon Stone may not be practicing what she preaches!
On Tuesday, February 17, the Basic Instinct actress flaunted a strikingly smooth complexion at the Los Angeles premiere of The Bluff — just one day after ranting to her Instagram followers about embracing the aging process.
“Why in 2026 are we still afraid of aging and living in our own selves,” she wrote on social media. “We are more than appearance.”
Now, friends are calling the Casino star, 67, out as a “hypocrite,” according to an insider.
“It seems obvious that Sharon has had work done, there’s not a single wrinkle on her face, and yet she’s out there telling everyone that they need to grow old gracefully and be happy with the older version of themselves,” explains the insider. “She’s sending a mixed message.”

Fans were vocal about how unrecognizable the Ratched alum looked after the Daily Mail posted photos from her latest red carpet turn.
“When I saw those pictures, I couldn’t see any resemblance to the old Sharon Stone,” one person wrote in the comments, with another agreeing: “Would never have known it was her.”
In a 2022 interview with Vogue Arabia, Stone claimed to have given up Botox and filler years earlier, as reported by People.
“I think that people who are embarrassed about being older are just stupid and ungrateful,” she told the Sunday Times in 2024.
