Real Reason For Michael Jackson’s Nose Jobs
POP superstar Michael Jackson had multiple surgeries performed on his schnoz to the surprise and bafflement of fans — but now one of the King of Pop’s former bodyguards is revealing he knows the secret of the nose.
The real reason for the surgeries was that his family criticized him.
“He used to get teased by his family a lot over the size of his nose,” says Matt Fiddes, who was the singer’s bodyguard for more than ten years.
His father, Joe Jackson, used to say to Michael: “You didn’t get that from me. You got that from your mum, you didn’t get that from my side of the family.”
The abuse was too much for the sensitive performer.
He seized the opportunity to get rhinoplasty surgery after he fell during a dance rehearsal.
“Michael used to dance about three hours a day on average,” says Fiddes. “At one stage, he was doing 50 spins in a row — it was unbelievable. He fell over and broke his nose.”
Before his death in 2009 at age 50, Michael said he only recalled having two nose surgeries, but watchful fans speculated he had had several.
