Martha Stewart has made quite the fabulous life for herself, but she has no one to share it with, a source tells Examiner.
“What she really wants is a companion who can keep up with her, someone to travel the world and share new adventures with,” says the source. “She’s ready to offer someone the world on a platter, so whoever makes the cut will be one lucky guy.”
The lifestyle guru, 85, has been married once before to publisher Andrew “Andy” Stewart but has never remarried after their 1990 divorce.
“She’s gone back and forth about dating,” the source admits. “There are times she gets defeated and says that ship has sailed, but then she gets back on the horse because she’s not one to just give up on things that she wants and she would really love to have a partner, someone she can trust and have fun with.”

The problem is, Stewart is “extremely picky,” says Examiner‘s source.
“She’s 85, but she takes incredible care of herself so she looks way younger than she is, and she has the energy of someone half her age,” the source adds. “So, she does want someone youthful, not necessarily a boy toy, but she definitely is not interested in a boring old man.”
The homemaker made that very clear in a recent interview with People. “I wouldn’t want to be beleaguered with an older, ill person,” Stewart confessed.
“She’s out there testing the waters and she says she feels like she’s getting closer to meeting someone special,” says the source. “It doesn’t even have to be a soulmate. She’s keeping the stakes lower.”
